LookUpEdit - How to revert to the previous value if search text cannot be located

For example: we have LookUpEdit with values 'abc' and 'bcd'. If you type 'bce' using a standard LookUpEdit, the 'bcd' item will be selected and accepted as a value when you close the popup. In this example, a previous editor value will be returned.
