How to programmatically generate ObjectDataSource and map object data source constructor parameters to report parameters

This example demonstrates how to programmatically generate an object data source with a parameterized constructor and map object data source parameters to report parameters. 

Take note that the data source generation routine does not rely on a particular platform and is more like a 'core' functionality.
