How to localize WPF Scheduler UI with the Localizer class descendant

This example illustrates the use of the SchedulerControlLocalizer class descendant to display the names of the SchedulerControlStringId enumeration members instead of the localized strings. This approach enables you to change most strings of the Scheduler UI as your need dictates.
