How to use the OccurrenceCalculator class to create a recurrence series from an appointment pattern

This example illustrates the use of the OccurrenceCalculator class.
An appointment pattern is used to calculate the appointment recurrence series. Subsequently a new normal appointment is created for each calculated occurrence in the specified interval, and the initial pattern is deleted.
