NavBar - How to display the TreeView extension in the Group Content template in bound mode

This example illustrates how to embed the TreeView extension to the Group Content template of the NavBar extension (e.g., see Templates - ASP.NET MVC Navigation Pane Extension Demo). Note that both extensions are bound to the hierarchical collection that extends the HierarchicalDataSourceControl class.
