How to calculate a distance and travel time between waypoints on the map

This example shows how to calculate the distance and travel time between pushpins placed on the map at runtime. Use the Control + Left Mouse Button click to add a new pushpin on the map and then select a number of pushpins using the ListBox control. Once you press the "Calculate" button, the distance and travel time will be displayed on the Form.
