How to implement a table layout for DockPanels (Matrix of DockPanels)

This example demonstrates how to arrange DockPanels as 4x4 matrix (table). There are 16 DockPanels in the example. Any panel can be moved between two other DockPanles. All next panels will be correctly moved on to keep 4x4 matrix dimension.
