How to create a custom recurrence form using System.Windows.Form and AppointmentFormController

This example demonstrates how to create a custom form and replace the standard appointment recurrence editing form with a newly created form. The example uses the System.Windows.Forms.Form and the AppointmentFormController.
The custom form is shown in the picture below.
