ASPxTreeList - How display Report Header and Report Footer in an exported document

This code example demonstrates how to export the ASPxTreeList control to PDF, and include Report Header and Report Footer in a resulting document.
This functionality is implemented using the PrintableComponentLink class and its CreateReportHeaderArea / CreateReportFooterArea events.
